Description
Taken from trimmings from different production lines. Rinds from jowl or ribeye are not allowed. Fat coverage 3 mm with flaps, light bruising, nipples and leftover fat / meat. No hair, mechanical grease, tattooing or ink stains. Stains from flaming are allowed. Cuts and pieces with no size limit are allowed. No weight restrictions per unit. Rinds from shoulder lining are allowed (with no under arm rind or from shoulder lining trimmings).
